The Upswing Trading Co is looks like a… The Upswing Trading Co is looks like a scam. They have squared off my open position in NAS100 and changed the trading rules in their website later to justify their actions. The illegal square off by the company caused me a big loss of USD 11741 in my account and later leads to blown the account. They have also placed a big 25 LOTS order in SPX100 CFD in my trading account to destroy the account. They are big scams and finally I lodged complaints with Financial regulation office and decided to sue them through lawyers to get back my signup fee. All the positive reviews are fake about this business. Stay away from this firm. There are legitimate firms are available in this field.

Great company to work with so far, looking forward to their new platform in 2023 !!! Prior to them upgrading the customer service was awesome, they do everything they say they are going to do.

Very strange Very strange, the website isn't consistent at all. On some places it says up to three resets, on another it puts a statement that one has to purchase a new account. On the live chat they told me the account would reset automatically nothing happened other than strange activity on the account via the terminal

Was a little hesitant with this company… Was a little hesitant with this company but I have to say everything has worked out very well. I have been with all of the top trading firms and have has issues with all of them. I passed my evaluation with Upswing about a month ago. My first withdraw did take a few extra days but they came thru and I have made two more since then. I have attached my withdraw receipts below. I am looking forward to a long term relationship with this company. It seems like they are getting a lot of attacks for being the new guy in town from their competitors and are handling it well. I do think they should offer something other then TradeEZ as a free service however. I use my own systems but I just didn’t think TradeEZ called the markets very well and use very basic lagging indicators. But again it is a free extra service they offer so no harm done. Don’t listen to any of the good… Don’t listen to any of the good reviews, I passed the evaluation back in June, had made a total of 12k in profits that I have yet to see, they create excuse after excuse on why you can’t get paid out. Terrible customer service and the propriety software they claim to use also allows them to place trades on your account without you knowing, trades won’t show up on mt4/mt5 but will show up on the dashboard, please take this advice and stay away.
