I was working with Jake snow and gabby Lopez, Jake told me they will lower my mortgage payment, it never happen, Jake told me not to pay my mortgage payment just pay the Brookstone solutions 1,500 for 4 months, Jake told me that they will be able to help me lower my mortgage payment, it never happen. I am so relieved 🥲 we was at our last… I am so relieved 🥲 we was at our last option, and loosing our minds . The bank who finance our home was giving us the run around they supposed to help us with our loan modification. Well let me tell you up to this day they can’t seems to get my documents right, and continues to say they have not received the documents. Well I got a call from brookstone solutions and this guy Nantan Cohen I spoke too was so well mannered and explained everything so straight forward , he gives me such a relief, now my husband and I are so happy that we will not loose our home 🏡.
