The low rating The low rating - they screwed up my last name for one thing and I needed to contact the various credit card companies. The second was they paid off my company credit cards using my personal credit, that's a big NO-NO. If that was not bad enough they overpaid one of my cards leaving it with a $6,000 credit balance!! I think you get the picture!
