Fantastic service that really works! I had never heard of Go Seek and assumed that using Hotels.com or Expedia would yield me the best prices. I was wrong. I consistently see discounts in the range of 10-20% off of already discounted hotel websites. The best thing is the coupon codes provided actually DO work. They are definitely going to be my go to method for booking most of my business travel.

Weekend getaway suite replaced bug infested motel I was looking for a weekend getaway and had originally booked a room through Hotwire in my area. When the hotel was revealed, I Googled it and it saw the reviews: they were horrible. Disgusting conditions, bug infestation, outdated TV’s. Sufficed to say, I immediately cancelled the reservation. I had stumbled upon goSeek during my search and decided to try it out. I booked a two night stay at TownePlace Suites in Lombard, IL. The accommodations were beautiful. The full kitchen was a great asset. I loved having the ability to make home baked cookies. The bathroom was set up perfectly, with a good size bath tub. My last stay at a different hotel, I was “too tall” to fit in the tub. Mind you, I am all of 5’3”. I enjoyed the morning breakfast as well. I typically book a weekend getaway once a month. I will DEFINITELY book at this location again. My original reservation at the disgusting hotel would have cost me $102. This reservation cost me $117 and still saved me $70 over booking it through the website. Thank you goSeek!

Multiple cancellation attempts I did a 2-day trial with go seek and after just a few hours trying to use Bose found it that every good price that was listed was unavailable as soon as I chose that hotel and try to get that price for the days I wanted. I begin to try to cancel last night and I looked again this morning and now I am looking again this evening and cannot find a way to cancel. I'm very upset about this because it did not supply the great deals that were offered.

I never recieved a confirmation number… I never recieved a confirmation number or e-mail and did not think I actually made any reservations. If in fact, I did, I absolutely refuse to pay anything! The hotel had no record of any reservation from me and I had to scramble to find a room that night. I will never use your service again and please destroy my credit card number.
