Sunday night Sunday night, my heater failed. On Monday morning at 7:45 a.m., I submitted a service request, and the contractor service technician arrived at my residence before lunch that same day. He was able to fix my unit by lunchtime Tuesday. It is a wonderful service that you rarely receive these days and is greatly appreciated.
