This is the most professional group of… This is the most professional group of financial people we have ever encountered in our business career. The entire process was quick, very easy and without bureaucratic red tape. Everyone was diligent at every step of the process. We had access to everyone involved to answer every question we had. In fact, we enjoyed access to the entire staff, with multiple replies to all Emails we sent. We felt secure we were dealing with experienced experts in their field. We were comfortable with the staff during the entire process. Everyone kept us focused and completely informed.

Hides number - very rude. This is NOT the government run program. This company continues to harass my office by calling with a "Name Unavailable" 940-514-8404. First the rude man asks for "Rob" then he asks for who owns the business. Then I ask him to remove us from his robocall list and he says he just wants to talk to the owner. Disgusting representatives.... Just go directly to the government run website WWW SBA . GOV. which is the real location to obtain a Small Business Loan.

As long as you get your documents to… As long as you get your documents to them quickly, the process is fairly quick & easy. It was about 8 weeks total for my loan to go through. The downside is that there are significant fees from their brokerage which is normal, but it is important that the borrower understand them in advance. Another odd thing that happened at my closing is that my loan came back for $50K vs the $100K that I was told I was approved for. Even the closing loan officer didn't know that this had happened. I had to reach out to him to ask him what was up. While I realize it is totally based on factors related to my viability, I think this should have been disclosed much earlier in the process for my business planning purposes.

It took way too long It took way too long. Costs were at least DOUBLE. The positive was that my house was not needed for collateral.

end of day timeline This company reached out to me regarding financing. Every correspondence told me I need to get them info by "end of day" or within some timeline. I felt pressured and rushed by them, so I did not do business with them.
