Customer service seemed to have no idea what the company was or what I was saying...probably a call center that handles various companies. Also probably located in another country because connection kept going bad and we could not hear each other. Perhaps the raving reviews are from employees.

They will sell your info to other companies Company will send you a "PRE APPROVAL" letter stating that you have been approved for a loan. Then after you fill out their information via call center they called me back saying that I had no loan available and they couldn't help. The same day you will start receiving unsolicited calls from other companies trying to give you their "Pre Approval". I have a suspicion that this company does not make profits making loans, but rather selling your information to countless spam companies that will bombard you with unwanted and unsolicited calls and bother you. Save your time and if you are looking for a loan, go to a reputable bank and get one.
