CAI called to check if my check from saaq… I called to check if my check from saaq can be encashed. A lady assured me so I went their office at saint Hubert. After waiting for 90 minutes she said, because they don't charge fee on government check they can't encash it. When I said I called you n told u it's saaq check. She simply said " I'm sorry I didn't hear you " ... pathetic service.
