Fraudlent accusations I was called by a collections agency stating I had taken a loan with this company. I have never heard of them and the information the agency provided me was outdated address and incorrect email information. So far the company has yet to respond to my emails request for help or even answer their phones. I call and sit on hold for 30 minutes a time to no answer. I am completely disgusted and will most likely have to lawyer up to fight this

Absolutely do not use this company Absolutely do not use this company, loan has been paid off for years. Continue to get letters, stating past due. Verified loan paid off. And today they are taking money from my account. Call and they say it’s a computer mistake!!! This is so unprofessional. How do you steal money from people? This is illegal. You caused my bank account to be overdrawn! Never ever use leap credit!

I loved that there was no hassle I loved that there was no hassle. I always received reminder emails of when my bill was coming due and I like that because sometimes my work is hectic and I forget, Thanks Leap!!

Loan process was fine until I… Loan process was fine until I encountered a problem, then no help or returned calls as promised. I used the payoff Loan in full option and the next day a payment automatically came out my checking account causing an overdraft from my bank. Finally got ahold of someone in customer service to ask for refund of overpayment, but they can't seem to find my loan since it's paid off
