GBIf I could give less than one star i… If I could give less than one star i would! These people ripped me off! I had a 250.00 best buy card and was told I would get 230 in less than an hour! After being told there was a 3 hour processing delay, that 3 hours turned into days and no response from any emails or the manager named Sam Robert's! I had to go incognito and use private browser to be able to go to their website and and start a chat and ask where my money was. I never got a dime from them and I'm sure there's no way to get the money back!

GBDO NOT TRUST THEM!! Brian is the name of the chat representative that I talked to when looking into trading my Walmart gift cards in exchange for them for cash for cash. Because I had multiple gift cards with different numbers Brian instructed me to send the card information along with my cash app tag to their support email address so that he could personally process my cards and have my money sent to my cash app. I get at the instructor mind you I had been recording our entire conversation email or chats the balance my card before bouncing my car afterwards my actual email to him what 4 hours later after I had been contacting him every hour because he said it would take less than an hour to do finally he cut off my chat capabilities to being able to talk to them I checked the balance it had been wiped out I had no money in cash app so I researched on how who I can contact they don't really have a way to call you have to email or do their live chat I emailed their manager and sent all the copies of our chats are emails the card before after and all that feeling to tell me that they're looking into it and yet I still have not heard nothing back. These people are no good they lie they stole from me and they're not even trying to make it right if it wasn't them it was just an individual person at their company

GBResponse to Gckioskonline I have never received an email asking for a receipt of anything. Further, it would be wonderful to have the money taken from the gift card just returned to the gift card. In cases like this, I would think that good customer service would be to return the funds to the card. The only people who could have possibly scammed the card number is Gckioskonline.com. I look forward to the email and outcome from your findings. I will change my rating when that occurs. Thank you.
