GBNo communication at all. Not even a reply to my email saying the car I ordered I want to cancel Ordered a brand new E220 from JCT Chesterfield around April time I believe or there abouts. I requested delivery in December which was told no problem at all. My sales person was Issac, I asked him to keep me informed that it would be ok for December but definitely keep me in the loop what was happening. I called him about 6 weeks after ordering it as I hadn’t heard anything he said he was just looking at it that morning ( hmm lucky me I rang that day ) but no new information on the car ) again I asked him to keep me informed it’s now November never heard anything from Issac at all , I emailed him to say I was very un happy about the service he gave to me this was 26th October and I wanted to cancel the car, even now I still haven’t had the decency of a reply to say sorry or so what we arnt bothered about your business. Very disappointing service. Regards John
