Same applies to 3 of my friends I referred to Redeeem. I've contacted the civic customer service support and they claimed the process can take up to 4 business days to get verified. You'll have to wait for hours when you upload an Amazon card which initially shouldn't take more than a minute to claim and they'll tell you to be patient until a buyer comes for your card. 2nd if a buyer ( mostly rippers) claims your card and drop the useless screenshot, they'll tell you to open dispute and after few days you'll just find out buyer has won the dispute, you'll only win one dispute out of 20.
