A magnificent place where you work for free or at best for a few cents, making a millionaire out of a guy who drives around in a brand new Ferrari. When a publication has a certain success, they invent that you have committed plagiarism. If you ask what the work is and the plagiarized author, there is no answer. If you write a critical post explaining the case, they delete the post and get your account blocked.

Tipping the users is free and doesn't cost you any money. Payment is also fast and I personally have never had any issues with it. The customer service seems great as well, they have a great team.

Lower quality of content : Publish0x moderation rules should be more strict. Initially the Publish0x concept was fine and the site was paying in interesting cryptos like Eth. Since that périod, with the high fees on Eth blockchain you can only receive AMPL or iFARM tokens. If we talk about the quality of the articles some are written about interesting subjects by serious (serial) writers from the site, but most are proposed by "SEO spammers" to place referal links sometimes even for sites that are known scams (exemple : about Dualmine a complete scam). For me the moderation of the proposed articles content is not strict enough.
