GBDouble raise for Megan First time I called Altimetry. Although I signed up yesterday, I had not received anything via the emails yet, which is almost automatic with other companies, so had to call Altimetry to find why I hadn't received anything. Megan Bennett assisted me in finding Joel Litman's 'Hidden Alpha' reports, etc. which I had signed up for. She was very understanding of my plight and had me sign into the Altimetry site which gave me everything I was looking for. I am now one happy camper. She speaks English, very clear voice, understands what you are saying and is VERY pleasing to talk. Really, I do. She's a good representative of your company and I recommend her for a double raise.

GB"glitch" fixed I had experienced a "glitch" in the system that prevented me from seeing the Altimeter. After working with Meg B. for several days, she was able to get IT to get it fixed. I want to say that Meg B. was awesome from the start, she kept emailing me with status and always answered my questions. This was top rate customer service from Meg B.

AUALTIMETRY.COM are SCAMMERS Unfortunately ALTIMETRY.COM are scammers. Their billing system locks you in to repeat regular billing that you can't escape from. Contacting them repeatedly to request an end to your subscription is futile and met with NO RESPONSE at all. As you use a contact form on their website to contact them, you have no proof that you did in fact contact them because you don't have a dated copy of the email. You will need to contact your bank or credit card company to have these unauthorized automatic withdrawals stopped and refunded. (Altimetry, 110 Cambridge St., Cambridge, MA 02141) The fact that ALTIMETRY.COM / JOEL LITMAN had to scam me for $133 per month should give you an idea of how reputable their service is. My advice is to STAY AWAY from ALTIMETRY.COM.

GBPoor performance Poor performance, warning the refund they talk about is limited to 30 days and I never saw it mentioned in the ad. These guys are connected to Chaikin who sent out a false pre-market SCMI BUY recommendation and were so incompetent that they didn't notify me of the error until after trading hours and the SCMI stock dropped over %10. I don’t expect them to be always right with advice, but I expect intentional advice, not erroneous costly advice.

GBI just checked my credit card statement… I just checked my credit card statement and there is a healthy charge lister there. I was under the impression that our original agreement is ended at least a year ago. Would you please check your records and let me know where I stand. John Tierne
