GB"glitch" fixed I had experienced a "glitch" in the system that prevented me from seeing the Altimeter. After working with Meg B. for several days, she was able to get IT to get it fixed. I want to say that Meg B. was awesome from the start, she kept emailing me with status and always answered my questions. This was top rate customer service from Meg B.

GBMeghan Bennett was a delight Meghan Bennett was a delight. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions succinctly and professionally. She led me through parts of the program and how to navigate it. Was very helpful. I am almost sad I don't have more questions so she can help me more. Also, just so you don't think this is some lonely guy needing to talk on the phone I am 71 yo and happily married

GBA step ahead?? I called today after watching the video on SynBio. I already have the Hidden Alpha subscription, and wanted to make sure I would get the special reports. Megan Bennett helped me quite a bit. She explained that the reports are already available to me but I was just a day ahead of them being available online. She was both pleasant and helpful. When she told me she was relatively new to your company, I was pleasantly surprised. She certainly knows how to provide excellent customer service! Kudos to Megan.

GBI just checked my credit card statement… I just checked my credit card statement and there is a healthy charge lister there. I was under the impression that our original agreement is ended at least a year ago. Would you please check your records and let me know where I stand. John Tierne

GBSigned up for trial Altimetry Signed up for trial Altimetry. Did not agree to auto renewal. I cancelled after unauthorized auto renewal. For 2 years they debited my credit card. Finally agreed to give me a Altimetry credit for $178 not my credit card. So I’m out over $350. Don’t trust these people.
