Creepy Solicitations Stay Away!! I paid many thousands to join this service. I found the tools to be outdated and not current to the market. Most worrisome a creepy guy just called me from Altimetry and when I asked for reason for the call he said “did I get recent sales email”. I said don’t call me with solicitations the guy got very rude yelled at me. I’m really creeped out as they have my cell and address!!!! Not worth the money and creepy too!!!

I have used Joel Litman and his service… I have used Joel Litman and his service for nearly a year now! I enjoy getting up each days and looking at stocks and how they are rated. I can tell you he isn't perfect but darn close. My account is up because of him and working with Chaikin analytics. I used to use Fischer what a rip off. They want you to have 500,000 in your acct to start working with you so they can be paid on money they never earned! For those complaining about getting a credit on account instead of a full refund, ignore them. They are the ones trying to rip off Altimetry as it is fully disclosed upon signing up that they will not refund because of people taking advantage of using it then dumping it (the service). Keep up the good work guys!!

Signed up for trial Altimetry Signed up for trial Altimetry. Did not agree to auto renewal. I cancelled after unauthorized auto renewal. For 2 years they debited my credit card. Finally agreed to give me a Altimetry credit for $178 not my credit card. So I’m out over $350. Don’t trust these people.

Double raise for Megan First time I called Altimetry. Although I signed up yesterday, I had not received anything via the emails yet, which is almost automatic with other companies, so had to call Altimetry to find why I hadn't received anything. Megan Bennett assisted me in finding Joel Litman's 'Hidden Alpha' reports, etc. which I had signed up for. She was very understanding of my plight and had me sign into the Altimetry site which gave me everything I was looking for. I am now one happy camper. She speaks English, very clear voice, understands what you are saying and is VERY pleasing to talk. Really, I do. She's a good representative of your company and I recommend her for a double raise.

Poor IP system AND "customer service"! I signed up with them on 10/9/21 but I never received access to their web site as promised. The automated system didn't send info to log on. I called the member services (#800 701-9346) on 11/3/21 to cancel because I hadn't got access to their site. The guy I talk with apologized sent me an email with the log on info and specified that my 30 day review would period start 11/3/21. When I called today to cancel 12/2/21 they said they couldn't refund my money because I joined 10/9/21. I tried explaining what happened but to no avail. SO their IP system screwed up -the cust. serv. guy tried to help but was not aware he couldn't reset the review period (or lied about it) - and the last person couldn't have cared less and implied I had lied to her.
