Meg B. helped me quickly and wanted to know if I had any other questions as a new subscriber. She was genuinely interested in helping in any way beyond my initial question. She said we are here to help and call back with any questions.

"glitch" fixed I had experienced a "glitch" in the system that prevented me from seeing the Altimeter. After working with Meg B. for several days, she was able to get IT to get it fixed. I want to say that Meg B. was awesome from the start, she kept emailing me with status and always answered my questions. This was top rate customer service from Meg B.

They said they would send me my money back after i waited weeks and never did. Had to cancel my debit card so they could not keep charging me.its a shame Google lets these bums advertise !
