AUALTIMETRY.COM are SCAMMERS Unfortunately ALTIMETRY.COM are scammers. Their billing system locks you in to repeat regular billing that you can't escape from. Contacting them repeatedly to request an end to your subscription is futile and met with NO RESPONSE at all. As you use a contact form on their website to contact them, you have no proof that you did in fact contact them because you don't have a dated copy of the email. You will need to contact your bank or credit card company to have these unauthorized automatic withdrawals stopped and refunded. (Altimetry, 110 Cambridge St., Cambridge, MA 02141) The fact that ALTIMETRY.COM / JOEL LITMAN had to scam me for $133 per month should give you an idea of how reputable their service is. My advice is to STAY AWAY from ALTIMETRY.COM.

GBCalled Customer service to get help with website Called Customer service to get help with a website question. Meg B. helped me quickly and wanted to know if I had any other questions as a new subscriber. She was genuinely interested in helping in any way beyond my initial question. She said we are here to help and call back with any questions.

GBMeghan Bennett was a delight Meghan Bennett was a delight. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions succinctly and professionally. She led me through parts of the program and how to navigate it. Was very helpful. I am almost sad I don't have more questions so she can help me more. Also, just so you don't think this is some lonely guy needing to talk on the phone I am 71 yo and happily married

GBFortunately I read your website… Fortunately I read your website reviews. All are ex-members of your altimetry due to poor communication or no communication. lack of pleasant customer service and overcharging with no money returned during your 30 days refund period. your presentation was good but your sales follow through is the worst.

GBREAD THEIR TERMS OF SERVICE FIRST READ THEIR TERMS OF SERVICE FIRST Any reputable firm offering a 30 day trial would refund a client's money no questions asked. This is NOT the case with this company. In their extraordinarily long terms of service agreement, this fact can be dissected. They also claim institutional clients pay $100K per month for their research. I have worked with institutional clients on Wall Street for 20 years and have never heard of this firm and such claims are rubbish. Avoid.
