IMPOSSIBLE TO LOG INTO ON WEB / DESKTOP (IT KEEPS OPENING MY MOBILE APP BUT ONCE I LOG IN THERE THERE IS STILL NO WAY TO LOG IN ON THE MACBOOK). THEIR MOBILE APP IS ABYSMAL. JUST DON'T BOTHER. THEIR DESKTOP APP IS SOOOO HARD TO USE. YOU CAN'T FIND THE MOST BASIC AND POPULAR INSTRUMENTS TO TRADE. TOTALLY USER UNFRIENDLY AND OVERLY COMPLICATED. BUT I'M SAVING THE BEST CRITICISM FOR LAST: THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. I ALSO DEFY YOU TO GO TO THEIR WEBSITE AND FIND A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. AVOID.

DO NOT USE ,USELESS AND WASTE OF TIME. This company makes investing the HARDEST thing ,Zero customer service contact, Useless systems for managing people's money ,I have just closed my ACCOUNT I hope my refund gets to me before the WORLD ENDS.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER.

Say goodbye to your money, funds transfers only work in one direction For me this is nothing more than a scam. The wife and I tried to open an account with IBKR. They ask you to deposit funds so that your application is considered first. Well, that should have been a red flag, but we were stupid enough to go ahead. Now, our application was rejected because they wanted to have copies of some personal details we are not willing to share, which is absolutely fine. But it is now impossible to withdraw our funds. We tried to contact them by email and tickets multiple times, no one dares answering. They will contact you within minutes to open an account, but nothing in weeks once they have your money. Beware and avoid like the plague.

I only use IB for stocks I can't get elsewhere and only have positions open in 1 stock. I wanted to open another one today, so I deposited money, converted it to dollars and when the market opened I was ready to buy a new stock that I can't find anywhere else.. Went through all the process and right after clicking buy IB told me the stock can only be sold not bought. What the hell? I can't wait to transfer out but I suspect that will be impossible going off other reviews. UPDATE: In reply to their response....Sorry you're 15 months late to the game, I've moved on already. You didn't reach out to solve my issue so don't lie. You reached out to prove the review wasn't a bot and there's no way I'm giving my phone number just to do that.
