Slow reply even got no reply, withdraw problem, ongoing package problem If i send mail today, they reply after three or four days. even didn't reply. if i ask three question, they reply one of them in one sentence. not much helpful support team. My withdraw already cancelled two times. i asked them the reason, they reply in one sentence to take care about broker fee. i asked, how much it is? i got replied after two days, that is 30% of my profit. I again requested them to say me about how to pay broker fee in details. they didn't reply in 4 days. already a reduction was occur before when i started to get profit. I can see in my dashboard an ongoing package. it's starting date was 13th april, end date was 20th april. its 27th april today. the package still ongoing, no profit is coming. why it's not completing? I asked them about all many times. their short answers are not satisfactory and not helpful. even my problems are remaining still, not solving. Is there any actual responsible person in this company to solve my problems,delays cordiallly?
