BUYER BEWARE Called the company on yesterday to make the payment asked the gentleman to take my bank account information out put in my card information in. Asked him serval times before paying with my card. Too it all off my account in the negative I was told have to wait4-5 business days. They don’t do refunds. Either you give me my money or I’m stopping payments altogether. This company is big rip off agree with everyone. Wished I would’ve read the reviews. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I worked with Koalafi.com to cover an… I worked with Koalafi.com to cover an unexpected automotive repair. Their system automatically withdraws on the day you stipulate. I had already paid it off and the system withdrew anyway. I called in to clear it up and I was taken care of by Agent Jzel who quickly initiated a refund after reviewing my file. It will be returned within the next 7-10. [Also: The interest that accrues after the 3 month period will sink you. Pay it off as soon as you can!]
