Absolute garbage company Absolute garbage company. I went on vacation in Nicaragua and was told I could not use my account while I was on vacation there due to an embargo...understandable. When I got home to try to reactivate my account I am told they have decided to not let me continue with their brokerage services and their 'policy' is to not give any reasons why. What a joke.

FuturesPlus shows wrong positions If you have an option that expires in the money and are assigned a position, it will not show up in FuturesPlus platform until next day noon at the earliest. This means that until then, FuturesPlus will show an incorrect position, balance, margins and P/L. This is dangerous and don't know why the authorities have not shut them down.

Worst broker out there and over priced… Worst broker out there and over priced just because a broker is regulated don’t mean there on the up and up. This company is Thieves. I recently funded my account this week and used there platform to place trades not tradingview. Long story short I would up losing a ton of money because there trading platform kept putting me more positions when I was trying to close I explained it to tech support even provided pictures these crooks still took my money as if I was the cause of there crappy trading platform glitching. I don’t recommend this company to my worst enemy proceed at your own risk ⚠️ but you’ve been warned…..

I called them and they unblocked it, I went to close the small trade I had open and to fund more money into it after my bad experience with plus500 and I cant close the trade, it wont let me. Is there any honest brokers out there where you don´t get ripped or have to deposit 30k upfront to get a good service?
