My husband and I stayed in a B&B in… My husband and I stayed in a B&B in Scotland called Rhenetra in Arisaig. The Host Catherine aka CJ Was the most phenomenal person I have ever met. The rooms were comfortable, peaceful and immaculately clean. CJ not only went that extra mile for you but an extra ten. The views from our room were sensational. Scam Alert You should investigate the companies that you refer your customers to BEFORE their credit cards get blocked. You sent me to Hurb.com, some Portuguese company that refused to help me when I contacted them. I thought Trivago was a big fancy company with big commercials...now I see that they are a weak, pathetic, small-time player that refers people to cheap, fly-by-night websites that get their credit cards blocked! Don't ask me to contact you to tell you how to fix it. Ge it right Before you go into business! Pathetic.

Extremely bad experience twice now… Extremely bad experience twice now booking through Trivago leading to Hotels.com - both times taking double the payment out of my account and only refunding half the amount, taking up to two weeks to return with less than half of the refund amount. Extremely hard to contact Trivago and Expedia.

Britannia Hotel Bramhope (Leeds/Bradford Airport Hotel) Had the pleasure of staying at The Britannia Hotel Bramhope for 2 nights. Lovely hotel in pleasant grounds, great bedrooms with everything needed for our stay, lovely and plentiful food which was nice and hot but mostly, amazing Staff! Each and everyone so pleasant and helpful and so hard working too! A credit to the Hotel!

They use Scam Booking Companies I booked a hotel on this site through Algotels and Algotels will not respond to my request to cancel. Have sent at least 6 messages to customer services with no response and when I go to website to cancel I receive an error message. I would not use Trivago since you could end up booking through Algotels on their site.....RUN
