GBCustomer service call I called today to ask about why I had an invoice when I had my card attached to my account. I made an account as soon as I got my invoice the first time. By the time I got my mail it was past the 14 days and I didn't realize. I didn't even know there was a 14 day limit. I called to try to figure this out and the lady that answered was not helpful at all. She was rude, did not sympathize with what I had to say. She basically said "too bad". I asked her to connect me with a supervisor. She said that the supervisor was with someone else and would call me back. She has not called me back. So I am not sure she even relayed the message to her supervisor. I also told her I had requested to take the survey, she disconnected me before I could do the survey. I don't mind paying the tolls and you know what I will even pay the fees but no need to be rude on the phone.

GB20 century company I-Pass service is 20 century company. I called them today trying to change credic card, - no way. They suggest only do it on the phone and this process did not work. OK, then they promissed ti do it manually, take a whole day, a Superwiser may call you any moment! I tried to restore my access on web. No easy way, either.

GBI live in Missouri and visit family in… I live in Missouri and visit family in Chicago. My transponder and cars needed updating in the IPass system. We stopped at the plaza in Bolingbrook. Very pretty facility . Easy parking. Greeted by a gentleman as we came in and handed us a ticket and we were called right away. Avita was our clerk who got us all straightened out. She was very pleasant and did it with a smile. Lov see d the customer service!
