GBCustomer service call I called today to ask about why I had an invoice when I had my card attached to my account. I made an account as soon as I got my invoice the first time. By the time I got my mail it was past the 14 days and I didn't realize. I didn't even know there was a 14 day limit. I called to try to figure this out and the lady that answered was not helpful at all. She was rude, did not sympathize with what I had to say. She basically said "too bad". I asked her to connect me with a supervisor. She said that the supervisor was with someone else and would call me back. She has not called me back. So I am not sure she even relayed the message to her supervisor. I also told her I had requested to take the survey, she disconnected me before I could do the survey. I don't mind paying the tolls and you know what I will even pay the fees but no need to be rude on the phone.

GBAbsolutely disgusting I paid 449 pound… Absolutely disgusting I paid 449 pound for my son to do a weeks course and no one turned up on 26th feb 24 I’m so gutted I’ve lost this money they are a scam company and don’t no one ever go with them I emailed them to get no response at all only a scam email to say company no longer exists they have all my sons details of license so I will be taking this further
