Facts concealed - Be cautious The company doesn't make explicitly clear before investing that it is EXTREMELY difficult to get your money back when you want it, and to do so one must jump through many hoops. Even then, the manager is not required to allow divestment & pay out until they've had your money for 5 years.

Several investments went into default…Bad Deals! Several investments went into default (bankruptcy). Others have not performed and are years past projected return dates. Here are a few so you know that I am serious. -Supply Chain Financing II.E -Baltimore Multi-Family Conversion Financing -Supply Chain Financing II.F I would stay far away from investing with this company.

Stay away This company has made a series of major missteps on due diligence, which have resulted in losses to investor principal for multiple offerings. Their marketing is shiny and sleek, but behind the curtains it's an operation that preys on and markets to unsophisticated investors who don't know better. They fooled me, through which I learned painful lessons having lost my hard earned money.

Bad experience Bad experiences with several Yieldstreet "investments". Definitely would not recommend. It seems they are quite shady with their communications. I am really unsure HOW they get their marketing statistics to look so good based on my experiences and others that I know. Had several investments go bad with little or no hope of recovery. It seems they are so anxious to make loans to get their fees they fail to do proper due diligence. Ships that go missing without recovery? "Willful misconduct" by real estate borrowers? Loans to law firms with a SENIOR FIRST LIEN position and $49 million below it somehow becomes a subordinated "Promissory Note" on a soon to be bankrupt law firm that has lost nearly all it's employees? Short answer if you are considering investing: DON'T.

Yield Street is the worst online crowd… Yield Street is the worst online crowd sourcing investment platform period. I lost $$$ and they won’t even close the accounts so I can have a write off. The reason they do this is so they can claim average returns of 9%. If they included all the defaults it would be 2%. Run away from this company.
