I'll wait and see about this... It took a very long time for my initial investment to get through the funding process and be visible in my account - weeks, not days. And so far the monthly dividends are nothing to be impressed about (2.58% projected annually). I had intended my initial investment to be just a down-payment on a larger amount once the account setup and linkage completed. But now I am going to wait see how things go with just that smaller initial investment for several months or a year (maybe more). If the ROI isn't any better than what I've seen in the first 2+ months then I won't be putting any more into this account.

Great opportunity to get in the real… Great opportunity to get in the real estate investing game without needing a lot of money. New customer though, so i don't have feedback on returns. Was an easy and seamless process to get started through Alto. I am, however, disappointed with the interface or dashboard to access your account information. Not optimized for me to properly view on my computer. Not sure if it views better on mobile. A little frustrating to actually see the entire page, no matter how you try. Even when you maximize the entire page. Please fix @DiversyFund. So far, so good though... in it for the minimum long-haul.

don't do it I invested $1,000 with this company 5 years ago, which I regret because now they told me that even though the initial term was for 5 years, they decided to keep it for 7 years. After all these years, I now have exactly $1085.88 (a year back I had 1090), which is probably the same as inflation since then, except that this money is tied up and I can not access it. My daughter is starting college this year and I need the money (that's why I chose 5 years), but I can't have it, isn't that great? it would have made more had I left it in my savings account. But what is even more annoying, their website is useless, I am not able to find or download any document, or contract, nothing, not even my tax form, which is ridiculous. I wonder if it's a scam, which I'll find out in two years I guess.

Unclear that you can’t cash money out… Unclear that you can’t cash money out until properties sell and the final distribution is made. It’s a long term bet...maybe 5 years. App does only one thing...take your money.. a minimum of $500 to invest. There isn’t much else in terms of personal insights...only a basic “News and updates” blog. I made an initial investment and didn’t bother setting up anything recurring, not much motivation to. We’ll see how much return there is in the years to come...

Investigation Is Needed on This Company "I have a family emergency and need money urgently. For the past two years, I have been trying to get my funds and close my account, but this company is like (AHP Servicing) has never responded to me in any way or given me my funds. Today, I contacted them for the fifth time and still haven't received any response. Please be careful if you're dealing with this company.
