GBWent through a trusted and reputable… Went through a trusted and reputable lender who was promised a deal from this company. They promised one rate and percentage and then tried to switch it. I paid a commitment fee by a bank wire and was promised a refund using the same method I paid with, which was the bank wire. It's now been almost two months and I still haven't received my commitment fee back. After the fact other came out saying this had been done to them too. I have all emails and proof of the interactions and promises.
