Disingenuous Robo Calling Robo called my number claiming I had been in an accident - then when I went through to complain they claimed the pre-recorded voice was a colleague and that they had got my number from the Road Traffic Accident figures which was a complete lie. I cannot stand these automated telephone spam companies. Terrible and awful complaints handling.

Rude Rude, rude, rude is all I can say. Multiple requests to be taken off their call list just totally ignored. When you try to speak to them they talk over you. When I tell them I am not interested they just hang up and have someone else call back. Can't even imagine what kind of business ethics they have with this as a first impression
