GBDisappointed in the lack of customer… Disappointed in the lack of customer service and return of my initial deposit. Only one out of 5 emails have been acknowledged and none out 4 calls to been customer service been responded to. It took three days to fund my account, it should take no more than three days to return my funds. I received an email on July 20, 2022 that my account was terminated and that my funds would be returned the same way they originated. I would prefer to speak to the back office (corporate department at the main office) rather than speak to customer support that promises responses by escalation in 1-2 business days without a response. If corporate can't keep promises by customer service, they shouldn't be allowed to be in business. They are violating their own policies and procedures. I don't recommend opening up and account with them. Once they get your money, they don't want to give it back. I have yet to get an answer back.

GBThis program has single-handed change… This program has single-handed change the way we operate our trucks. We use it primarily for Fuel and maintenance. It allows our drivers to Fuel their trucks without hesitations or waiting, and Us complete control of how much and how often they fuel. This card also allows us the ability to pay for Last minute and Emergency Maintenance situation that occur. DAY OR NIGHT!!!! Best of all we can monitor, control, limit use, and add funds all at the touch of a button at anytime!!!!

GBOverall good product - a few tweaks could make it nearly perfect Overall good product. I would prefer to have more insight into holdbacks on uncleared/pending transactions (which would help with reconciliation). I also wish users could get alerts instead of administrators only. Could help rectify situations with minor errors much faster than forcing me to do everything for everyone.

GBAbsolute Disastrous Experience.. Beware! Absolute Disastrous Customer Service! Do not associate your business with this company. We have an incredible business rating and requested a pre-paid account with Brinks. All requested forms were sent and additional documentation also provided immediately upon request. Account denied without any explanation with a snide remark of “ Our Decision Is Final”. Well, so is mine… As a business man of over 40 years, I would never associate my business dealings or trust a Bernie Madeoff organization like Brinks.
