GBI was a customer of Titan for multiple⦠I was a customer of Titan for multiple years, I referred friends, and all to get 0% fees. Over time, they focused more on growing AUM and less on returns and investments for customers. They then revoked my 0% fees and started charging me and their performance sucked. It took me 6 months to move my funds to a trusted Vanguard/Fidelity as well because they invested my IRA into Russian stocks which other brokerages couldn't accept and charged me over $100 fee to transfer my account. I've lost so much money from these people and they still are holding $100 in my account which I am unable to remove. Never use this product.

GBA Titan(ic) cusomer service disaster A disappointing experience travelling to India with Titan in November last year. I wrote an 11-page document in December 2023 providing evidence of concerns and received a derisory amount in compensation relative to the cost of the holiday and no acknowledgment of the issues raised. These included the lack of professionalism of the local guide who managed the itinerary to ensure we visited 6 shops for about 11/2 hours each (not listed in the itinerary, his decison without consultation) and collected commission on sales at 30% as I read. In addition, the same person chose to flout health and safety rules on two boat trips. The Tour Manager did not seem to be able to change this pattern of behaviour which was disturbing, The condition of the bus we travelled on for 18 days was poor, broken footrests and water bottle holders ripped off with no toilet facility which for long journeys was unacceptable. I evidenced issues relating to flights where special meals had not been ordered by the company and hotel safes not being secure so having to be replaced. I escalated this to ABTA who are exercising extraordinary patience and tolerance with the company to reply specifically to the matters I raised and have 'reminded Titan of their responsibilities'. Titan seems unable to take complaints seriously and studiously avoids addressing bona fide concerns. As this company has taken over Saga, I am concerned that the professional culture of Saga, with whom I have enjoyed my holidays very much, is going to be destroyed by inept management who do not have the interests of customers at the centre of their business.

GBDon't waste any time working with this⦠Don't waste any time working with this company, they have TERRIBLE customer service, they don't even have a phone. They do all their CS though a chat and it takes days, not minutes. I had an account with them for their Crypto, but once ETF's were live, they simply bought the IBIT ETF, that I can do by myself on Schwab, why pay them monthly fees. Once I tried to close my account, it took days and the IBIT ETF dropped and ended up costing me over $2K, from the price when I put in my sale/transfer to when it finally went through. Save yourself the time, headache and money and go elsewhere.
