I was a customer of Titan for multiple… I was a customer of Titan for multiple years, I referred friends, and all to get 0% fees. Over time, they focused more on growing AUM and less on returns and investments for customers. They then revoked my 0% fees and started charging me and their performance sucked. It took me 6 months to move my funds to a trusted Vanguard/Fidelity as well because they invested my IRA into Russian stocks which other brokerages couldn't accept and charged me over $100 fee to transfer my account. I've lost so much money from these people and they still are holding $100 in my account which I am unable to remove. Never use this product.

A unknow cheap Chinese made garden tool are better than titan, well titan just name.

Just spent 4 hours going through the… Just spent 4 hours going through the set up, already have a Garmin and Huawei smart watches, this one's awful, downloaded PGfit app, several issues that can't get help with, can't register, app stalls, terrible, second, though connected to Bluetooth will not allow access to phone contacts, lastly, will not allow you to adjust time out for screen in user profile, all together a real BAD CHOICE for a phone despite the app, don't waste your time buying, cheap and nasty with no help readily available.

Do not trust Titan Travel! I did a review of my holiday in October 2023 with Titan. I chose Titan because of its reputation. I toured Sicily with over 40 people. My review was very disappointing to write. There were so many things wrong but most disturbing was a coach not fit for purpose,indeed illegal here. Seatbelts missing, seats of different sizes, people sat with their legs in the gangway, tannoy system not working on one side, no toilet, and wheels that smoked so bad that the driver was alerted by other road users. A guide who was inept and ill-prepared,inexperienced and unable to deal with passengers complaints. My Trust Pilot review was acknowledged by Titan, but since October 2023 - NOTHING. Emails from Ella but nothing that leads me to trust Titan. I have read other reviews and now realise that Titan just ignores you. Do they have a complaints department?
