After almost 2 years of paying my bill… After almost 2 years of paying my bill on time and never missed a payment . I decided to pay remaining balance in full one big slump . when ahead and waited until they cleared the money from my bank account , then when over to Experian disputed and requested an update and they when ahead and put , that the balance still remains the same , I will no longer ever be doing business with this company again.

I secured a loan with an intro 0% I secured a loan with an intro 0% for 6 months. It started as an ACH direct payment from Day 1. A month before the expiration, I did a balance transfer. The account was paid in full and the ACH was stopped. It was reported as Closed, In Good Standing, Paid in Full. 3 months later, they now are reporting it as Past Due for $130 ($4 of alleged unpaid amounts). It caused me to drop 55 points on my credit. Now they want me to rescind this review or are challenging it. I have the proof that the account was closed. They stalked me with a collection team and reported my first late payment in 31 years. For a $4 balance. And by the way, before I initiated the balance transfer, PatientFi gave me a 10 day payoff (it was a medical installment loan so zero new charges) so after they received the full balance due, to then charge me interest of $4 then report that late? Take my advice I wish I’d never worked with them. Horrific

I applied for a loan with PatientFi… I applied for a loan with PatientFi because I was told that if I paid it off within a year I would have no interest. They reported to Credit Karma that there was interest on the loan. I had automatic payments on my account and I missed one payment after that I was charged double payments every month after that, when I called to ask over the double payments I was told that they saw no such payments on my account. I finished paying the debt and was double charged on my last payment I had to dispute it with my bank to get that resolved and later got an email from them saying that I had outstanding payments on my account, it took me two days of calling customer service and finally getting someone on the phone to get that solved! Now its been almost TWO MONTHS since I’ve paid off the debt and they still haven’t reported it to Credit Karma only saying that I paid off 8% of my loan effectively ruining my credit score. I seriously don’t recommend this company to anyone!
