I've more than 10 tickets, mainly related to the timing of operations, which are beyond all reasonable limits. Once virtual card just stopped working. First, nothing happened for more than 1 month. Support said there are some problems for such withdrawal way. Then they ignored my messages for weeks. Finally, withdrawal was cancelled and money returned to account. I've tried another withdrawal way. For now I'm waiting for more than 2 weeks. Support ignoring me. Looks like my money just stolen by CVCwallet. Don't use CVCwallet! I won't be anymore. My CVCwallet username is ZinUru. UPDATE: finally, I've got my funds back after 2 months. But not where I needed.
