Business plan is ripping off their customers The web site says that the item I wanted, a Tria-2 shelving unit, was available for immediate shipment, so I ordered it for $97.85. Two weeks later I politely and succinctly asked for the status of the order by e-mail. They sent me a form letter that cancelled my order without explanation. Then I got a spoof e-mail, pretending to be from PayPal, saying that they'd credited my account, but the return address was from "yahoo.com". No refund has given weeks later and I'm working with the PayPal fraud division. These guys are crooks.

Misreporting Inventory, feel like I was baited from better companies. I shopped online for an item that was selling out quickly from all the online merchants. Underbid.com showed they had "10" in inventory, so I choose them over others with smaller inventories. Come to find out, OpticPlanet.com that they were reselling for and passed me off to, NOT only was out of stock, sending me the wrong item, then dragging it out for 3 weeks finally admitted they mixed their inventory and NEVER did have the item in stock. Now everyone is sold out, I can't find the item I wanted, but Underbid.com still shows an inventory of "10" even today.

web site not working properly & no reponse from customer service I always do searchs with google to find the best prices on products i want to buy. Lately i have been noticing this Underbid.com always has the lowest prices of them all on everything and anything i do a search for. so i checked them out. the site just looks very unprofessional and cheap. i signed up anyway and did some shopping. i found everything i was looking for and at very good prices. but when i tried to save them in my shopping list, it didn't work. it kept telling me it was saved, but when i checked there was nothing there. so i wrote to them and never got a response. this of course made me hesitate in making any purchases until further investigation. then i found this site and read these reviews. needless to say i am now glad that i didn't purchase from them. you know what they say, if it looks too good to be true, it probably isnt! Forget Underbid.com I would rather pay more somewhere else where i can be sure i will get what i paid for! I hope this helps someone who comes across this website BEFORE they make a purchase from them. I'm downloading trustpilot while i'm here too. All I can say is if you want a good deal, go to eBay!

Wrong Product; No Response... Stay Away! Ordered a product that indicated that they had the best price. I received a completely different item from a different company. Used the "Contact" option on Underbid's website to ask for a refund or exchange. Got no reply at all! This company should NOT be doing business on the web!!
