I've tried all the apps out there that… I've tried all the apps out there that connect to your account and try helping g you save but I absolutely love how Charlie doesn't need to touch your actual account and can only read statements. Its perfect for me because it's not confusing at all on how to get things done within Charlie finance unlike those other apps who want you to pay them to help you save your money. Give it a try. You might love it like I do.

I moved deposits to Charlie and they… I moved deposits to Charlie and they did not send me card till I complained and had no access to my money they say 8-10 business days a failed to send to address I tell them to do .before I see card it had 4 charges from 4 different businesses with 4 different support numbers when I call to dispute they tell me 90 days to get money back .I call the numbers 4 different numbers got same person all 4 places I called. Thinking must be connected to Charlie bank to have info in first place. None could tell me who or where servisec were to be for. ???????

The Allpoint "in network" ATM's The Allpoint "in network/service fee free" ATM listings locstions on their website are bullsh*t...I spent over an hour on two separate occasions, two weeks apart reporting the same error for the same ATM, and having the $3 fees refunded...

They flat out lied to us One of the reasons I signed up with Charlie by the way odd name for a banking app is because they claimed you could get your check up to 4 weeks early wrong once signed up they changed it to 3days early nice I was and still am very angry when I called all they said was oh sorry about that now I have run into another issue I was refunded money from a shoe store and have never gotten it four weeks now just great needless to say I am leaving Charlie I do not trust them at all if I were you I would not get any where near them thank you for listening

I have had A charlie account for… I have had A charlie account for several months. Everything good with SSI This is second and third time someone has used my info with card to make fraudulent purchases This time wiped me out. I'm losing faith in this really fast.
