Communication was great from the start… Communication was great from the start with Mark Himmel and then with Dong the loan processor, they were always available. The only drawbacks was I felt like I was being required to submit too many non required documents to words the end of the process, but part of it has to do with my contractors not able to give me scope of work in a timely manner. However the end result was great and saved more than a $1000 in closing costs by closing with Patch of land. Yes I highly recommend them.

My investment with them made 0 payments… My investment with them made 0 payments and they have not even filed for foreclosure over a year later. They dont respond to calls or emails, and just sent an email wanting to sell the note for pennies on the dollar. .....2 weeks later and they did finally respond to me and the buyer surprisingly made their back payments. So that is positive. I would think twice before investing in any crowdfunding in this environment, and definitely avoid the states that are banning evictions and foreclosures.

Stay away Stay away, it's like a bite and switch. Have started investing in 2016. First of the few investments paid off in a timely fashion. Then the service and commitment went downhill. I have two properties currently unpaid. In one of the properties, the borrower is unable to find refinancing. Come on!! this is the hot seller's market and POL is unable to foreclose and sell this property. in another one, the borrower is involved in a fraud case and POL says as per the master agreement the older loans would be shut down paying ZERO. Do we have a legal recourse here? Maybe a class action suit?

the worst!!!! There must be a bunch of bots writing reviews here, because POL is by far the worst platform I have ever invested with. After 5+ years and 15+ investments with them I will most likely lose money....and for the majority of that time, the real estate market was on fire, you almost had to actively try to lose money in that type of market. STAY AWAY

Patch of Land Review on Coronado Patch of Land did a great job executing the construction loan. Tameer was great to work with and and I definitely look forward to working with him and the team again soon! The borrower was extremely satisfied that we were able to deliver the terms we promised and closed the deal in less than 3 weeks.
