Excellent Experience I was honestly not familiar with Ideal Agent but my dad was ill and wanted me to sell his home for him. He had seen an ad for IA and insisted I use them. The realtor with whom I was connected couldn't have been a better partner in the selling of my father's home. I had little knowledge of the market and lived out of town. Stacy not only gave excellent advice up front in terms of pricing, etc. but she also took care of countless other details that precluded my having to fly in. She also connected me to an attorney to facilitate the closing quickly and painlessly. The property was sold quickly and at the price she predicted. From start to finish, a fantastic experience.
