Excellent team with an impeccable track… Excellent team with an impeccable track record. I've been investing in RealT properties since 2019 and I've seen all sorts of things happening with the properties, from tenants leaving to apartments catching fire. The team has been able to handle each of these situations without a problem. The most hassle free real estate investment I've seen.

Customer from 2021 Customer from 2021; realt can let you start invest from a small amount, you may receive rent (you also has a chance that cannot) , the properties value may also increase. Too good to be true ? You may still have a risk that the company / LCC go bankrupt ; cannot receive rent or you may not sell out the token at a price you want. Personally advice to start from a small amount if you would like to have a try.

My experience with RealT is great My experience with RealT is great. I have never had any problem with my investments. The communication is clear. A lot of Community calls explaining the news, company/features roadmap... Very innovative company

Customer since 2021 and I believed in… Customer since 2021 and I believed in this great idea, but I quickly realized that they are not serious for several reasons: 1/ They changed their remuneration model when Ethereum fees became too high. They forced us to choose between receiving rent in Eth and paying fees or using Gnosis to receive in USDC. There, my friend, you are changing your contract and I don't like it. No option to get out of this scam, other than reselling your tokens and paying fees (FDP!). 2/ They gradually changed the contracts to Old Tokens vs new Tokens, once again to make us swallow the pill of their incompetence! 3/When we look at their set-up, it is easy to buy "une merde" in a disaster city like Detroit, to increase the entire forecast of maintenance costs by 50% of the purchase price, to add a plethora of costs and divide everything into $50 tokens (once again FDP!) 4/A residence burns down, I no longer receive my rent and of course, that’s normal!!! But tell me, you idiot, you took out insurance with my side to insure this "merde" you bought. You will be reimbursed, and I will not receive any rent... not very fair play!!!! Where it says that you don't have to pay me rent if you don't rent your property, it's not my problem, it's yours!!! 5/ Uselessness of the Realt Token even if you play with their AMM, it serves no purpose other than to keep you in an obsolete ecosystem. Moreover, even for $100,000 invested, return of 10% per year, which gradually declines! Initially we were at 12% or even 13% on certain dung! $100,000 just in USDC, we have better returns... REALT's Achilles tendon is the management of assets that cost them the skin of their balls!!!!

Great New way of investing through blockchain Tokenization is looking to be the next generation of equity investing and realt delivers really well on that promise. Been investing since 2022 and everything has been great so far. Rents pain every monday, community calls each week which allows me to build conviction on their product.
