Prenegotiated Deals...It works!!! The deal bot negotiator has been amazing for us. We have been using it for 2 weeks now and have 2 properties under contract and at least 2 others we will be finalizing paperwork on shortly. I have a brand new acquisitions manager and this has made things so simple for him. The deal is already negotiated, he just needs to fill in a couple details with the seller and get it signed.
