Frias was so wonderful and… Frias was so wonderful and accommodating. When a condo didn’t work for my group and my older father, they moved us to a condo that we loved and worked better for us. And two of their staff moved all our belongings to the new place. I’m the CEO of a large organization, and I’m very impressed by how they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We’ll be back!

Frias's customer service is…nothing short of amazing. Frias's customer service is second-to-none! The transportation to and from the airport, housekeeping, and restaurant reservations are tremendous pluses to any stay. Our second year renting from them and would not think of doing it any other way. Thank you so much for a great stay and wonderful service!

Amazing location in downtown Aspen Amazing location in downtown Aspen! Front desk staff very friendly and helpful! Housekeeping would be appreciated to be offered more often or at least not only at 8am. Also would have appreciated a heads up about the very loud, very early construction outside our window. Other than that, things were great, but would love to suggest to the owners of 211 to add a functional mirror outside of the bathroom.

The place was close to everything, making it easy to enjoy the area. The service was outstanding. The team made our arrival and departure super smooth by arranging airport transfers. They also gave us great dining recommendations and even made reservations for us, which was a huge help. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to come back.

Everything was great Everything was great! Our condo was just as expected from viewing online. Concierge service was great. Easy check-in and check-out process. All of the Frias shuttle drivers were super nice! We had a great experience using Frias Properties and will definitely use them again next year.
