GBUnit 301 Unit 301, 1) Bathroom faucet was defective and had a foul smell. Drain pipe has negative pitch. The maintenance team responded quickly to repair the faucet. 2) Thermostat did not function. Temperature reached 77⁰ each night. 3) Ceiling fan & Light "Non functional" 4) Lamps unplugged upon arrival. Required me to get on my hands & knees to reach under the bed to plug them in. The staff, housekeeping and maintenance team were very pleasant.

AUWe loved our Aspen apartment We loved our apartment, there was all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable, the temperature could be adjusted easily, we could store our skis on the way out. It was great to meet other guests at breakfast and the breakfast was spot on, with all you needed for a healthy meal before hitting the slopes. Independance Square was ideally located and so easy. Andrea and the staff were very helpful, I had some altitude sickness the first day or two and she supplied oxygen can which was very helpful. Highly recommended.

GBFrias was so wonderful and… Frias was so wonderful and accommodating. When a condo didn’t work for my group and my older father, they moved us to a condo that we loved and worked better for us. And two of their staff moved all our belongings to the new place. I’m the CEO of a large organization, and I’m very impressed by how they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We’ll be back!

GBOur first room was in disrepair Our first room was in disrepair. The bathroom shower was malfunctioning and water was all over the bathroom floor. Two days later, we had to move out of our room and into another room facing the bakery. It was a nice room, but every night when the bar got out people were fighting, swearing, singing, and drunk. This was happening from 12:00AM to 3AM every night, for a week. I went to the Police station to talk to the Sargent about the situation, and he promised to have a police presence when the bar closed, but no joy. The nice manager of the hotel told my wife that other hotel guests were also calling the police directly to no avail as well. I am a travel writer and I’m going to have to write about this. I’m hoping that Ben the CEO will follow through on his promise to talk to the town and the Police and do something about this. It would be nice if Frias could give us some relief on the $6,000 we spent. We had a terrible time.
