Furthermore, he helped connect me with one of the roommates, so I can check out the property and see the room. Everything worked smoothly - I'm very impressed at how streamlined everything was!

USRoom key I have not taken possession of my room yet. I met with my soon to be roommates and they informed me there's no key to lock my door when I leave the house. I asked for this minor feature and know worry that I won't be accommodated. This is a basic thing that should be provided by bougalow. I hope this post will get me results and not be carried.

USWould have rated 0 or negative if there… Would have rated 0 or negative if there was an option. Bungalow is a loser company which does not care about its customers at all. The app sucks and hasnt been fixed of bugs in years. The customer service is through email only and not helpful at all. Complained about a pervert living in the Bungalow home with me and their response was “it happens” Run from this company founded and run by low life, greedy, losers. Boycott and force it to shutdown.

USRenter Beware Renter Beware STAY AWAY! My experience is very similar to all the other terrible experiences you can read on here. Bungalow is very convincing and super easy to communicate with when you're first getting signed up then after you move in they ghost you, raise your rent and change the policies of your lease. They are nearly impossible to get a hold of and have the worst customer service iv every experienced.

USBungalow doesn’t hold up to the lease… Bungalow doesn’t hold up to the lease agreements. Tenants smoke in the home while others have asthma and cause for an unhealthy living environment. Their are mice in the home and homeowner hasn’t gotten the house an exterminator. This makes for unhealthy living conditions and it isn’t safe to live in. The furniture is all broken and old as well.
