Thousand Hills is a Reliable Company We have been working with Thousand Hills for 10 years. During this time they have been attentive to our requests, fixed problems that have arisen, and take excellent care of our cabin. During very cold months, the cabin is checked regularly to monitor for frozen pipes and any other problem that might have occurred. Thousand Hills keeps our cabin stocked with all necessary supplies and kitchen wares to keep our renters comfortable. They also inspect the cabins and make suggestions for upgrades that will make the cabin more appealing. Over the years we have been happy with this company.

We have been owners for slightly over 5 … We have been owners for slightly over 5 years and have relied upon Thousand Hills to manage the property on a daily basis since we do not live close to it. However, it is our "home away from home" and we get just as excited about staying in it each time we come down as we "hope" other people do when they come to Branson. We want people to leave feeling happy, relaxed and wanting to come back. You cannot have any real estate and not have some issues from time to time---from exceptionally cold winter days to extremely hot summer nights. If something is wrong, they fix it quickly and try to do so with the guests' schedule in mind. The bottom line is that to keep guests and owners happy you need a strong management company with "everyone's needs at heart." Thousand Hills strives to do just that and we appreciate it.

Resort great would have given 5 star … Resort great would have given 5 star however management is lacking. It seems policy is set, no exceptions made. It could be run by IA devices. On a few occasions I have attempted to call and work out a deal due to other competition upping their game but always a stone wall at Thousand Hills.I even once dealt direct with a owner bypassing Thousand Hills management on same condo. Your business model has exceeded its lifetime.

Our stay was great Our stay was great. The double room was spacious, nicely decorated & very comfortable. Having the two bathrooms kept us on time for our activities & the kitchen area saved us some dollars in meals. All around a wonderful experience.

Smith Branson 2019 vacation at The Majestic by Thousand Hills Golf & Condos. Was very surprised at the luxury and comfortable size condo overlooking Table Rock Lake. The concierge handled all our tickets for us and to top it off with discounted prices. Also very knowledgeable about the area and recommended some great things. They had a main water pipe bust and we were without water for a day but the staff had bottles and gallons of water left outside doors with a note explaining the situation. Overall great stay and experience!
