The Science of Flipping Review I really enjoy The Science of Flipping program because it gives you the information you need to know about The Real Estate market. It also gives you the tips you need to succeed. They make it very easy to attract buyers especially if you already have experience with Sales or selling products like I did when I worked as a Sales/Billing agent for another company. It gives people like me the ability to grow in the Real Estate Industry.

Warning! I spoke with Justin Colby and signed up… I spoke with Justin Colby and signed up for the Science Of Flipping program In July 2023. I paid the deposit and I have not downloaded or opened anything on the program other than the introductory video. I decided this program was not for me after further reviewing Justin Colby's content/ podcasts/ social media etc. He would not allow me to cancel even though I have recently signed up, not opened or used it, have not done an onboarding call or downloaded any content. We just spoke on the phone and he has decided to keep the money and referenced the legal contract as the reasoning behind it not refunding me.
