Great for remote workers As a remote worker, I'm always looking for furnished short term leases. I was originally unfamiliar with the neighborhoods in NYC and the team did an amazing job helping me figure out what location would work best for me based on my budget, amenities, and activities. Move in/out was very smooth and the apartment was conveniently located and in good condition.

A great co-living service provider I used this co-living service for almost 2 years. They provided the service at a great price including everything(Kitchen utensils, Internet, gas, electricity, monthly cleaning, etc). In addition, the step of making the contract is simple, so you can start/end your life easily. Sometimes room photos are slightly different from actual ones, but the room is clean and I didn't have any big issues.

I was happy to find a company that… I was happy to find a company that provide flexibility with length of stay and had everything I need inside the apartment - made my move in much less stressful. Communication was also a breeze - starting with leasing, and continuing with support. I got all answers to my questions and any issues were getting resolved quick, if arose. Also liked my roommates - very nice, clean, working professionals. Would definitely use the company again when need to be in NYC.

Sorry, but that was nothing Roomrs seems te be like any other website for short term lease but that impression is deceptive. I emailed them couple of times and even set up a videocall to receive more information on the listings they are offering. First, they used to show up late on the calls and/or reschedule them on short notice. Second, during the call you do not get any more than just empty words. There was no time for proper introduction of the company or any explication of the whole process. Third, their staff is responding very late or even ignoring subsequent questions. Overall, I do not recommend Roomrs if you value your time. Try one of the competitors instead!

Excellent! I was delighted with my experience with Roomrs. They are available, respond quickly to questions, and use Latch, which is very convenient. The apartments are functional and clean thanks to their cleaning teams that come regularly. The rental process is clear, simple, and fast. There's always someone available to answer your questions, which is great! I highly recommend the Roomrs platform if you need to travel and settle somewhere!
