The leasing and property management team were quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, I had a great experience as my unit was well furnished and came as described (incredible location in North Williamsburg). My roommates were clean, respectful, and friendly.

You can choose your room in your desired area online and they will take care of everything for you. I personally loved my room in Bushwick and got along very well with most of my roommates. The room had everything that I needed for my 6 months stay in the city and looked exactly like in the pictures online. They have very good customer service as well, so there is always someone available to help you!

Great experience for several months Roomrs made my arrival in New York very straightforward. The apartment was in a great location and nicely furnished. It is very pleasant that it is cleaned regularly and I didn't have to worry about anything. The service was always very good. The prices are justified. It made my move to New York City exceptionally easy and removed many stressors that come along with moving to a big city.
