Roomrs is a great option Roomrs is a great option for students, temporary living arrangements, or even longer stays. I originally moved into one of their apartments for a short term stay, but liked it so much I extended. The apartment was fully furnished, modern and a hassle-free move in/move out. They even hire a monthly cleaning service. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent! I was delighted with my experience with Roomrs. They are available, respond quickly to questions, and use Latch, which is very convenient. The apartments are functional and clean thanks to their cleaning teams that come regularly. The rental process is clear, simple, and fast. There's always someone available to answer your questions, which is great! I highly recommend the Roomrs platform if you need to travel and settle somewhere!

This was my second time staying at a Roomrs Apt This was my second time staying at a Roomrs apartment. My favorite part is how responsive and helpful they were to answer all my questions in a timely manner. I had great roommates and our apartment was nice, so that was great. I would recommend Roomrs to anyone who has just moved to NY or is looking for a short term stay. Definitely the more affordable and convenient option! Plus you can't beat laundry and dishwasher in unit!!! Random, but the laundry machine is also really good quality compared to others in NYC.

Best housing plan in NYC To be honest - I can't make it to the big apple with Roomrs. It's the easiest way to find yourself a place amid the crazy housing situation in NY. The application process was easy and I got my approval very fast. Anyway - strongly recommend Roomrs if you are thinking off moving to NYC.

Sorry, but that was nothing Roomrs seems te be like any other website for short term lease but that impression is deceptive. I emailed them couple of times and even set up a videocall to receive more information on the listings they are offering. First, they used to show up late on the calls and/or reschedule them on short notice. Second, during the call you do not get any more than just empty words. There was no time for proper introduction of the company or any explication of the whole process. Third, their staff is responding very late or even ignoring subsequent questions. Overall, I do not recommend Roomrs if you value your time. Try one of the competitors instead!
