He was reliable, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. I’ve never seen a real estate agent work so hard and do so much! We live out of state now and he coordinated some home updates (painting, flooring and a new roof). He located qualified contractors, he me mange them, verified their work and in some cases help me get the payments settled. I’ve never seen an agent do this! He got a lot of foot traffic into the house and gave us good advice on market conditions, price points and comparables. He was dedicated to selling this property and really came through for us. All this and his “price was right” with a really competitive commission structure. After everything he did for us I feel like we actually underpaid him. Mostly good with Jason Mostly good with Jason. Not always clear what we should be doing next. Otherwise all was good. But we are old and we are used to dealing with people in person. At our age we would have loved a little hand holding help.
