StAugRd Mr. Wojcik was very frank about what his contract involved and he delivered on every aspect. He was always available for advise, explanations and options in the sales process. I feel he was able to deliver at least as much service as any of the brokers demanding 3X his fee. Mr. Wojcik made and otherwise complicated and confusing situation much less so.
