This course with Javier was a phenomenal experience and very educational. It’s loaded with actionable steps on HOW you can unleash your best self. In the course, he covers mindset, Personal development, spirituality, finances, wholeselling, becoming a realtor, how to comp deals and so much more. He kickstarted my company Grand Ace Properties. He gives you the recipe on how to start your business, get your first deal, and way more. He is even a cash buyer and he can help you move YOUR deals. (SO PUT THE WORK IN SO YOU CAN MOVE SOME DEALS.) I can go on and on and on about his course… but the real value is in the relationship you build with Javier. Yes, we both love wholeselling, making money, and enjoying life. But more than that, he is a life coach and a lifelong mentor (IF YOU DO THE WORK AND EARN IT…) We’ve had countless conversations on multiple subjects and he’s guided me in many different directions.
