USTucson Property Management OnQ and the Tucson office on Oracle have been responsive, helpful and knowledgeable on the area of town we live on. Jolleen has gone out of her way to make sure that repairs got done and really voiced our needs to the owner. We really should have read the paperwork, especially the as is for the home but she went above and beyond to get the house to where we felt it needed to be. Her kids even showed up and helped with the yard clean up.

USBad overall experience Bad overall experience - not responsive to maintenance request on AC during worst heatwave in AZ for years and had to go to Airbnb to sleep. They say you can pay 1,000 to break lease however they won't market property until you're vacated so you run the risk of double rents and of course they fail to mention that along with the fact if you choose to pay deposit monthly it's really not a "deposit" but an increase in rent as they won't return those funds. House was also filthy when we moved in. Would not recommend using this company or signing one of their contracts not to mention the attitude/response around maintenance requests.

USUnprofessional Company This company really took me out of my comfort zone. Rep Jill is so unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you want unprofessional service and delayed response sign up with them, you are not able to ask questions and only hear from property management when money is late or you have received an HOA violation. We were not even provided a 30-day notice of renewal. The worst renting company I have ever been in contact with. This is a honest tenant review and I would not recommend.
