GBSellWhenever is a Win-Win Program for all parties I think this a fantastic Program for both the Realtors who participate, and the home owners that sign up as a client. It is a "Out of the Box" thinking way for Realtors to build a book of business for the future, develop relationships, and actually have a Tangible asset (documented book of business) that they could sell at retirement. For the Consumers....CASH NOW (Vacations, Bills, unexpected expenses, etc) to partner with a Trusted Realtor for the future. The Consumer gets frequent market updates to know their value, and more.

GBNot sure anymore… I felt like the amount you offered me was really low. The homes in this area have exponentially increased in value and continue to do so. It felt like you really don’t value my property or you feel like selling it will be a waste of your time. Further I tried to participate in review rewards program…a gift card for sharing your program on my social media accounts. This advertisement was done and confirmed overnight but I have yet to understand when the gift card will be sent out…even after contacting your team for clarification. What initially seemed like a win/win now feels much less so.

GBAmazing experience working with the team at sellwhenever I met a real estate broker in Texas last year but the pressure to sell left me apprehensive. Besides i wasn't sure if my listing price was quite right. My experience with Sellwhenever has been very different, though. The market insights and real estate news features are really helpful. Glad that i explored my options.

GBGood Explain Process with a $$$. If you join with them worth it. The cash incentive can trick you into thinking there’s some sort of catch with their model for just for signing up (I got $2200, btw). But trust me, these guys are on it, understand the market like none other - this is just an incredible innovation in real-estate models and a really cutting-edge way to get your home listed.

GBHousekeeping referral was way too… Housekeeping referral was way too expensive for the "deep" clean they didn't do. Vet your recommendations better. The $1000 check for promising to use SellWhenever was post dated so it could not be immediately deposited. Plus it did not arrive in the specified amount of time. We had to reach out to them and they gave us a story that it had been sent out but never cashed. They did not say what address they sent it to. The house inspector said the dishwasher worked and it doesn't. Not sure if we have any recourse there. We are sorry that we are now stuck with having to use SellWhenever for the next 30 years. Our real estate agent was very responsive to our needs. No real complaints there.
