SellWhenever is a Win-Win Program for all parties I think this a fantastic Program for both the Realtors who participate, and the home owners that sign up as a client. The process was smooth and EASY. The complete timing and process with SellWhenever, was absolutely smooth. Every person I spoke with was kind, and so helpful. At no time did I feel pushed to make a decision to take part in this program. My main concern was that this company was going to try and "scam" me and take my property, that is certainly not the case. These funds will used for repairs on my property.
