SellWhenever is a Win-Win Program for all parties I think this a fantastic Program for both the Realtors who participate, and the home owners that sign up as a client. It is a "Out of the Box" thinking way for Realtors to build a book of business for the future, develop relationships, and actually have a Tangible asset (documented book of business) that they could sell at retirement. For the Consumers....CASH NOW (Vacations, Bills, unexpected expenses, etc) to partner with a Trusted Realtor for the future. The Consumer gets frequent market updates to know their value, and more.

Delighted to get some extra cash right now! We were contacted by our real estate agent and asked if we would be interested in signing an agreement that we would use her whenever we sell our house. At first it sounded like a scam because she said we would receive $900 just for doing this. But we questioned her further and we do trust her so we went forward with the process. We were still a little skeptical and thought we're going to wait until we get the check in the mail before we fully believe it. But the check came and we as thrilled!
