Not sure anymore… I felt like the amount you offered me was really low. The homes in this area have exponentially increased in value and continue to do so. It felt like you really don’t value my property or you feel like selling it will be a waste of your time. Further I tried to participate in review rewards program…a gift card for sharing your program on my social media accounts. This advertisement was done and confirmed overnight but I have yet to understand when the gift card will be sent out…even after contacting your team for clarification. What initially seemed like a win/win now feels much less so.

Good Explain Process with a $$$. If you join with them worth it. The cash incentive can trick you into thinking there’s some sort of catch with their model for just for signing up (I got $2200, btw).
