Update Update: We had some technical issues at the beginning but the team at Sellwhenever made sure everything was corrected and put a lot of time and effort to get everything right, even on a holiday week. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. So glad we got everything resolved! Great customer service and very nice people.

Delighted to get some extra cash right now! We were contacted by our real estate agent and asked if we would be interested in signing an agreement that we would use her whenever we sell our house. At first it sounded like a scam because she said we would receive $900 just for doing this. But we questioned her further and we do trust her so we went forward with the process. The person who helped us through the process of signing everything was very helpful and patient with us and it was quite easy actually. We were still a little skeptical and thought we're going to wait until we get the check in the mail before we fully believe it. But the check came and we as thrilled! We have already recommended a friend and they have also done it. We will talk to more friends about it also.
