There were even a few technical delays caused by me, but the process was highly adaptable and we figured it out in no time. Housekeeping referral was way too… Housekeeping referral was way too expensive for the "deep" clean they didn't do. Vet your recommendations better. The $1000 check for promising to use SellWhenever was post dated so it could not be immediately deposited. Plus it did not arrive in the specified amount of time. We had to reach out to them and they gave us a story that it had been sent out but never cashed. They did not say what address they sent it to. The house inspector said the dishwasher worked and it doesn't. Not sure if we have any recourse there. We are sorry that we are now stuck with having to use SellWhenever for the next 30 years. Our real estate agent was very responsive to our needs. No real complaints there.
