The $1000 check for promising to use SellWhenever was post dated so it could not be immediately deposited. Plus it did not arrive in the specified amount of time. We had to reach out to them and they gave us a story that it had been sent out but never cashed. They did not say what address they sent it to. The house inspector said the dishwasher worked and it doesn't. Not sure if we have any recourse there. We are sorry that we are now stuck with having to use SellWhenever for the next 30 years. Our real estate agent was very responsive to our needs. No real complaints there.

Saved me so much time! The SellWhenever virtual/remote signing experience with Jeanette was super quick and extremely convenient. There were even a few technical delays caused by me, but the process was highly adaptable and we figured it out in no time. I've used notary services many times in my life and this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend!

Not sure anymore… I felt like the amount you offered me was really low. The homes in this area have exponentially increased in value and continue to do so. It felt like you really don’t value my property or you feel like selling it will be a waste of your time. Further I tried to participate in review rewards program…a gift card for sharing your program on my social media accounts. This advertisement was done and confirmed overnight but I have yet to understand when the gift card will be sent out…even after contacting your team for clarification. What initially seemed like a win/win now feels much less so.
