Absolute top quality service and staff Immaculate to say the least!! I am one who prefers personalized service to make things easier and Jatina Group did just that. I'd say I'm more impressed with the stay & service than I was during my stays at Four Seasons' Penthouse.

Best villa ever Everything was perfect, our villa was a private resort like being in Bali but with the best of Miami at your fingertips. Came to celebrate my 30th with my friends and was blown away. When we arrived, our concierge had everything decorated to perfection and their Chef Rodrigo is to die for. Such an amazing welcome. A friend referred me and they were so right. The team just like the villa was 5 stars from beginning to end.

Villa Amaya It's a very nice place in a good location. But, the location also makes it fairly busy, so sometimes it can get a little noisy, and some people can get a little nosy about what's behind the wall. It was quite rainy when we arrived, and that made the gate and one outdoor electrical outlet malfunction. Since there is no garage, that also made things quite wet as we were trying to get inside. An EV charger would also have been appreciated. Moreover, the doors were a little tricky to lock, so an explanation on that would have been helpful.
