Perfect Place for a Beach Getaway The place was clean and beautiful. They thought of everything. We had a quick weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I love that they allow pets. Even our fur baby who doesn’t like new things was comfortable because it felt like home. Beaches, restaurants and everything nearby! Thank you so much! We will be back!

A Relaxing Vacation Our original reservation was for a 1BR /1Bthrm condo at Litchfield by the Sea, upon arrival there were few "hiccups" that I emailed the reservation management about. They PROMPTLY responded and within 15 minutes we were upgraded without additional cost to an amazing 3BR/3 Bthrm Lake house, The Sandtrap, at the same complex. The grounds were immaculate, the house was extremely well appointed with EVERYTHING a family would need, just unpack your clothes and toothbrushes. There is a 1.25 mile pedestrian path for walks, a gorgeous beach , tennis courts, outdoor pool, lazy river and splash pool. There is also an indoor pool and sauna. We saw young men fishing in many of the small creeks and marsh waters throughout the grounds. Also for families traveling with their fur babies this place was very friendly and there were "doggy" bags and disposal receptacles. There was also a restaurant & bar on grounds BUT Pawleys Island offers plenty to eat at within a few minutes drive. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for 4 great nights Stayed for 4 great nights. This semi detached 3 bedroom home was ideal for us. Set in a golf course community a short drive from the main road in Pawleys Island. JoAnne (host) was in touch constantly before we arrived and during our stay. This is a great vacation rental!!!

Condo is adorable and perfect for a… Condo is adorable and perfect for a couple. We arrived a day early and they were so nice to accommodate us and get us in early! Great communication and the condo was very clean. Great location close to the Huntington State Park and Brookgreen gardens and The Marshwalk where we loved the Claw restaurant- beach club here was nice too

Pawley’s Island Trip. I experienced great customer service… I experienced great customer service from the manager of this property. The location of the property I stayed in was in close proximity of a family friendly pool along with many excellent dining options just a short drive from this location.
