Everything you need for starting/growing Airbnb rentals. Ivan’s course is top-notch. His course is very thorough and covers everything from selecting the right house/apartment/condo to pricing, scheduling, furnishing your rental. Then how to scale your business. The course is very organized and he even has checklists for all the items you’ll need and even scripts for interactions with guest. Highly recommended!

Great course and program for bnb starters This is a great community to be a part of. Lots of helpful content and calls for beginners. It helped me land my first deal after 4 month. On track for my second deal!

Ivan teaching methodology is amazing I… Ivan teaching methodology is amazing I could listen to him and the guests he brings on all day!

I went from nothing to 2 Airbnb units! Thanks to Ivan and the Prohost community, I went from knowing nothing about short term rentals to running 2 Airbnb units in Long Beach. Never thought I’d run a successful business because most of them fail. Hahaha! Anyways, I would highly recommend Prohost if you are looking to do STR. Ivan and the team constantly improve the course as well. Which makes me, the student, feel like they’re going above and beyond to give us value. “If you don’t pay, you don’t pay attention.” I’m so glad I paid.
