Beycome controls all your For Sale By Owner rights I am using this company for the 2nd time. I sold my home with them in 2022 and it had some issues, but nothing like I have had this week in re-signing with them. Technically they suck and their customer support is horrible too. I waited 4 days to get a photographer here for $189.00 that I paid for on day 1 so my house has been listed for 5 days with 3 crummy pics I took and I am getting no interest on my home. Beycome wants to control everything and I AM THE FOR SALE BY OWNER AND I AM THE LISTER, THEY ARE ONLY THE BROKER TO SIGN OFF ON THE SALE. They are holding my pictures I paid for and they should come straight to me, for me to pick what I want to upload NOT BEYCOME. I OWN THE PICS NOT THEM!!! NOw they are controlling Showing Time the app I paid for with my sign-up that agents make appts. to see my home by calling me or texting me. Then they ciritique my home in the same app and give ME feedback. Well Beycome only has the pictures of my listing on Showing Time every time i contact Showing Time for help say "I have to call my agent" to get the listing on my phone app. Do not work with this slimy company. Sell by owner yourself and save the $288 I paid for nothing!!!

Great customer service Great customer service! In less than five minutes Suyen was able to answer all of my questions and assist me in getting my listing updated to include the information I needed on the MLS. Had another issue several days later and was assisted by Leydi this time around. She really went to bat for me to get my request approved with the local MLS. Again - great customer service!! Highly recommended .For sure, Beycome is a great listing agency for anyone selling their home as FSBO. They give you the listing exposure needed in the MLS at a great rate and you get wonderful customer service reps like Suyen and Leydi who go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Thrilled to have such an ongoing positive experience with a process that normally reeks of anxiety if you are not in the real estate business. So glad I found them!
