I have been listed with Beycome since July, 2023 I have been listed with Beycome since July 23,2023. In 8 months, not a single offer came through. My home is move-in ready in a great condo. I finally had to cancel my contract with them to hire a commissioned realtor.

Great customer service Great customer service! In less than five minutes Suyen was able to answer all of my questions and assist me in getting my listing updated to include the information I needed on the MLS. Had another issue several days later and was assisted by Leydi this time around. She really went to bat for me to get my request approved with the local MLS. Again - great customer service!! Highly recommended .For sure, Beycome is a great listing agency for anyone selling their home as FSBO. They give you the listing exposure needed in the MLS at a great rate and you get wonderful customer service reps like Suyen and Leydi who go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Thrilled to have such an ongoing positive experience with a process that normally reeks of anxiety if you are not in the real estate business. So glad I found them!

Warning Warning: Our home is stuck with Beycome! We paid Beycome 5/9/21 to list our home on the MLS. A few buyers said when they called Beycome did not respond at all. We messaged (Beycome portal), emailed, called, texted Beycome & tried to cancel our listing with Beycome - NO RESPONSE AT ALL. We signed the 'Release & cancellation of listing agreement' a week ago, now our home is still on the websites synced from the MLS with them being the listing agent. It's seriously hurt our home sale now that no buyer can call about this home as Beycome is effectively holding it hostage!!! Please refund and remove our home with Beycome as our listing agent from the MLS ASAP.
