I have been listed with Beycome since July, 2023 I have been listed with Beycome since July 23,2023. In 8 months, not a single offer came through. My home is move-in ready in a great condo. I finally had to cancel my contract with them to hire a commissioned realtor.

Beycome controls all your For Sale By Owner rights I am using this company for the 2nd time. I sold my home with them in 2022 and it had some issues, but nothing like I have had this week in re-signing with them. Technically they suck and their customer support is horrible too. I waited 4 days to get a photographer here for $189.00 that I paid for on day 1 so my house has been listed for 5 days with 3 crummy pics I took and I am getting no interest on my home. Beycome wants to control everything and I AM THE FOR SALE BY OWNER AND I AM THE LISTER, THEY ARE ONLY THE BROKER TO SIGN OFF ON THE SALE. They are holding my pictures I paid for and they should come straight to me, for me to pick what I want to upload NOT BEYCOME. I OWN THE PICS NOT THEM!!! NOw they are controlling Showing Time the app I paid for with my sign-up that agents make appts. to see my home by calling me or texting me. Then they ciritique my home in the same app and give ME feedback. Well Beycome only has the pictures of my listing on Showing Time every time i contact Showing Time for help say "I have to call my agent" to get the listing on my phone app. Do not work with this slimy company. Sell by owner yourself and save the $288 I paid for nothing!!!

Best selling experience ever No problem to send a second good review to Beycome! AMAZING EXPIRIENCE! Why are you not using beycome.com? No other realtor is giving you money to work with them. Beycome did! They were on top of everything making the process so easy. We got 9,200 back just for being represented by the company when we bought our new home. I will definitely be using their services again!!!!!
