GBI arrived at Hyatus' so called luxury… I arrived at Hyatus' so called luxury apartment in Bethlehem PA - the property was HORRIBLE. The building had dumped furniture around it on the parking lot side, a graveyard on another and a very sketchy neighborhood on the other. Hallway was pitch black so I couldn't see as I approached the door. I called them immediately and booked a different hotel. Their offer to make it right with a refund never came for my $652.65. Classic customer service run around. Buyer beware.

GBWiFi was top-notch WiFi was top-notch, great for my work calls. The pet-friendly policy was perfect for our dog. More towels would be nice next time.

COI had an awesome stay at Hyatus Stays… I had an awesome stay at Hyatus Stays in New Haven! The apartment was really modern and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was also really convenient being right by City Crossing, and the property management services provided by RMS were top-notch. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely go back!
