GBI arrived at Hyatus' so called luxury… I arrived at Hyatus' so called luxury apartment in Bethlehem PA - the property was HORRIBLE. The building had dumped furniture around it on the parking lot side, a graveyard on another and a very sketchy neighborhood on the other. Hallway was pitch black so I couldn't see as I approached the door. I called them immediately and booked a different hotel. Their offer to make it right with a refund never came for my $652.65. Classic customer service run around. Buyer beware.

GBWiFi was top-notch WiFi was top-notch, great for my work calls. The pet-friendly policy was perfect for our dog. More towels would be nice next time.

GBSetting the standard in hospitality Setting the standard in hospitality. I stayed at Hyatus for a few weeks during a trying time in my life. I'm not one to write reviews often, but felt compelled to write one here about Hyauts because of how exceptional my stay was. Michael and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The apartment and facilities well exceeded my expectations and were at the level of a 4 star hotel. Thank you Hyatus and team!
