I arrived at Hyatus' so called luxury… I arrived at Hyatus' so called luxury apartment in Bethlehem PA - the property was HORRIBLE. The building had dumped furniture around it on the parking lot side, a graveyard on another and a very sketchy neighborhood on the other. Hallway was pitch black so I couldn't see as I approached the door. I called them immediately and booked a different hotel. Their offer to make it right with a refund never came for my $652.65. Classic customer service run around. Buyer beware.

Amazing experience! During our stay, we were thoroughly impressed by the meticulous attention to detail that the host put into ensuring that every aspect of the home was perfect. From the beautifully decorated living spaces that featured comfortable seating and lovely art pieces to the immaculately kept garden that was perfect for our children to play in, everything was set up to make us feel at home. The proximity to an array of dining options, including a fabulous all-you-can-eat buffet, added to the appeal of this location. The host was proactive in communicating, providing us with all the information we needed and responding quickly to any inquiries. The neighborhood itself was quiet and welcoming, which added to our sense of security and relaxation during our stay. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for such a splendid experience, and we can't recommend this place highly enough to others looking for a peaceful retreat in a prime location.

WiFi was top-notch WiFi was top-notch, great for my work calls. The pet-friendly policy was perfect for our dog. More towels would be nice next time.

I had an awesome stay at Hyatus Stays… I had an awesome stay at Hyatus Stays in New Haven! The apartment was really modern and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was also really convenient being right by City Crossing, and the property management services provided by RMS were top-notch. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely go back!
